...in a governmental office on the other side of the world, I became a mother when a small girl peeked around a corner and our eyes met for the first time. It's been an interesting adventure since - sometimes frustrating, sometimes sad, sometimes very difficult but more than anything, amazing and wonderful and the best thing ever.
