But we are not quite there yet. It has continued to rain and storm and once in a while we get a glimpse of the sun. Today was cloudy and we took a drive to get out of the house for a while. Here are some pictures. Poor Jack is having some struggles with his recovery from surgery. Physically he is doing great, but he is working on his fears of pain, which are impeding his ability to start walking again. He will get there but it may take a while.

Ah the 'fear factor' - the hardest part of any PT or rehab program - but it will come in time!
We have been 'emeshed' in summer for a week or so now - over 90 every afternoon - rain around sunset as the temp falls - but dry during the days....typical midwest summer in full swing!
